Katherine Smith

Raised on Lookout Mountain, I graduated from Baylor and continued my education at Furman University earning my Masters degree in Education. After graduating, I moved back to Chattanooga and coached tennis teams at both Baylor school and Covenant College before becoming a full time realtor.

I am a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia; no one is better able to handle the varying degrees of negotiations required in most real estate transactions, I also have worked with many developers to help build, market and sell their properties. I work with both buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals in this real estate market.

As the Only KW Designated Luxury Agent in our downtown office of over 250 agents I have many specialized tools to help buyers and sellers in and around the Chattanooga area and in North Georgia.
