Carlyn Voges

Raised on Signal Mountain, I graduated from Girls Preparatory School and continued my education at Auburn University. Earning my degree in Family and Children Development from Auburn in 1981 allowed me to realize my dream of giving back to the people and city of Chattanooga. I was very involved with many volunteer organizations before becoming a full time Realtor.

My knowledge of people led me to the field of marketing and a 25 year career at one of the most respected advertising agencies in Chattanooga.

I am a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia; no one is better able to handle the multitude of documents of a real estate transaction with ease and enable the clients to arrive at the closing table without a glitch than I am. I also have a strong marketing background and skills in the current technology which is a must when marketing a home in this very competitive field.
